The Reading Hour
In this National Year of Reading it is hoped that Australians will read more. One way to help children to become better readers is to encourage parents to read to their children every day. Just 10 minutes reading each day to your child will improve their chances of becoming a reader for life. Mark August 24th on your calendar or use the widget below to countdown to the National Reading Hour. Click onto Reading Hour and find out about all the activities taking place across the country.
